Privacy notice
How Kentek Solutions Limited collects and uses personal data, under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.
What we collect
When you use our quote form, call, email or message us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, site location and your message, plus any files you choose to send.
What we use it for
We use your details only to respond to your request: to ask questions, book a site survey, prepare a quote, carry out work you approve, and support it afterwards. We do not sell your data or share it with marketers.
CCTV and access control data
Systems we install — such as CCTV cameras and access control readers — record data about the people on your premises. That data belongs to you as the site operator. We position and configure systems so they can be run lawfully, and we recommend you tell staff and visitors that recording is in use.
Cookies and analytics
This site is set up to use Google Analytics once a measurement ID is configured; until then no analytics cookies are set. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the site's main functions.
Storage and retention
Quote requests are stored on our hosting so the team can respond. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows, then they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@kenteksolutions.co.ke or call 0701 520 378. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, Kenya.
