The terms that apply when you request a quote, book a site survey or buy products from Kentek Solutions Limited.
Quotes
Quotes are free and itemised in writing. For CCTV, networking, fibre and electrical works, a firm quote follows a site survey, because the right price depends on cable routes, access and power at the actual premises.
Site surveys
Site surveys within our service area (Nairobi and its environs) are free of charge. You are not obliged to accept the quote that follows.
Prices and payment
We do not publish prices on this site because equipment and labour are priced per job. Payment terms are stated on each quote and invoice. To confirm: client's standard payment terms (deposit, milestones, M-Pesa/bank details) to be inserted here.
Products
Product listings on this site show what we can source, not live stock. Availability, brand options and warranty are confirmed in the quote for each item.
Warranty and support
Kentek Solutions Limited supports what it installs. Specific warranty periods and support response times are stated on each quote. To confirm: client's warranty terms to be inserted here.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate site details and safe access for surveys and installation. For CCTV and access control, you are responsible for operating the system lawfully on your premises — we will advise on placement and retention.
